Decided to start wearing my PA again... Shrank from 2g to 10g... But went back to this 8g pretty quickly.
I got a curved barbell and it's a little big... But I think I like this more.. so much more comfortable

Starting out light to get back into the workout after being sick over a week. Still not 100% but gotta get back in at some point.

Day 10... I missed Day 9... I felt horrible.. but don't let one slip up ruin the entire week. So I'm back to do Day 9's workout today. Lower Body 1..

Day 7: rest and recovery and meal prep.
Today's non meal prep meal.
Korean beef bowl. With home made kimchi cucumber and egg.
About 600 calories and 30 carbs and 50 grams of protein.
I don't workout on weekends usually... So Day 6 is just an obligatory Bathroom nude.
Getting ready to shower after being a good boy and doing all my chores.

I do like hip thrusts... But usually being the bar in them
This would be so perfect in my limited space at home to workout naked... bonus nice mounting point for... other things ๐.
Unfortunately it's expensive as hell. But can't help thinking of all the fun stuff I could do with it.

Fell off my muscle pup journey, but I'm back on track! Got a deep freeze for meal prep. 28 meals prepped more to go.
