Absolutely. Behavior is hard but the parents have, many times, been the most difficult part of my job.

Oh I’m sure. The country has shifted right and I think even people that aren’t hardcore MAGA have probably fallen for some of that propaganda. Teachers are the enemy

I definitely think screen time contributes, but it also feels many more parents are oppositional towards teachers from the beginning. Nobody wants to believe their child makes mistakes, nobody wants to work in their own child’s behavior.

Worth watching. I’m not in the exact same boat teaching pre-k and in a private school, but behavior has gotten worse and parents are no longer teammates. So much is antagonistic towards teachers.
