Focus on what you liked, simple commentary is ok too. I'm a shameless spammer so I comment every chapter and try to focus on 1 or 2 little scenes I loved. I mention the scene and say why I liked it. When I'm braindead I just say I like the story and I'm looking forward to next chapter.
