When I was a child & didn't know Wimbledon Common was a place, I parsed the theme tune as "the Wombles of Wimbledon, common are we". Like some common Wombles. Vs. posh Wombles, or perhaps the greater spotted Womble (@thecolleencg.bsky.social may have come up with the latter on a geeky weekend).

I specifically didn't order the "loaded" hot chocolate but I forgot that normal hot chocolate is almost as decadent. ("Loaded" comes with more cream & marshmallows, caramel sauce & an entire brownie balanced on top.)
A really fantastically extra hot chocolate in a jar-with-handle style mug, topped with 3" whipped cream and accompanied by three huge, home-made marshmallows.
Shoes acquired! (1 pair for dog walking/general summertime, 1 pair trainers for Fight Klub.) Plus a notebook (I have *so much* reading) & some colourful pasta (can you guess where I ended up for the last 3?)
And lunch at Pudding Pantry where I forgot, again, quite how extra their hot chocolate is.
Sprint was correct. Had a little snooze with him & now nearly in town for shoes & perhaps lunch.
Go you! And yay free breakfast.
I was going to go out to buy new shoes, but Sptint has just jumped up on the sofa & snuggled into my side so now I cannot move 😍💜

Ironically part of the reason I did it was because I know someone else accidentally submitted the wrong document entirely, but because she'd uploaded a previous draft before the deadline, they were able to mark that instead!
Hurrah, it will either be deleted or I can submit via email, thank fuck.
It's as finished as it ever will be; I am embarrassed at how incredibly inadequate it is but there we go. Tomorrow, I will watch my emails like a hawk. Fuck.

I have just cocked up & submitted an unfinished assignment, because I thought it would let me resubmit until the deadline (all the others have). Fuck. Emailed the course administrator, hoping for mercy.
(It's due tomorrow at noon, I could really do without the interruptions!)
The assignment is getting there, but my PC seems to be struggling to cope, which is unhelpful at best. (Rebooted itself with no warning earlier & just now became completely unresponsive so I had to hard reboot.)
What a nightmare. (And an unbelievable failure of reporting.)
