Reflecting on last spring when I went on a road trip to fire this liddy baby and a bunch more in my very first wood firing. Tomorrow I’m bisquing up my last batch of work for my second wood firing. The dream is to have access to a wood kiln all the time. For now, I hope to make it at least annual.

I’m handbuilding. Weird, right? I’m going to wood fire these small friends and see what happens. I hope my hands learn to build them faster because I need more!
Sharpened up the imagery with a few lines and another firing. The process is imperfect but round two is in the works!
