Because at the end of the day, people donβt just buy services. They buy CERTAINTY.
Just creating βmore contentβ doesnβt solve that.
+ Be CLEAR about your value and why it matters to them.
+ Be CONFIDENT in your ability to deliver the desired outcome.
+ Giving clients a sense of CONTROL, making them feel secure in their decision to work with you.
What many donβt realize is that positioning can neutralize each of these negative Cs.
Just like you fight fire with fire, you fight the negative Cs with positive Cs!
The 5 Ss: Simple + Sustainable + Scalable + Structured + Strategic = keys to avoiding this.
Complication comes from poor systems that fail to effectively communicate, nurture, onboard, update, and maintain relationships throughout the process.
If youβre not positioned well, you end up competing in a race to the bottom, where clients start treating your offer like a value meal, trying to squeeze the most out of the lowest price. Thatβs a dangerous game.
Comparison happens because people naturally explore their options. They are constantly testing cost, and most will default to the cheaper choice unless they see clear value.
Confusion can be in the messaging, the tone, or the storytelling. If people donβt know or understand what you do, what theyβre getting, and how the value justifies the price, they wonβt move forward.
We all know confused minds donβt buy and complicated systems donβt convert, and unfortunately thereβs always someone cheaper.
Clients not signing?
Proposals left on read?
Leads and referrals pipeline dry as a desert?
There are ONLY three reasons for itβ¦
1. Confusion
2. Comparison
3. Complication

Every single person you see as βTop Dogβ in your space, industry, topic of choice, or preferred content of choice, didnβt just plant a flag and people gathered immediately.
Donβt fall into the trap of simply broadcasting.
Enable the art of continuously conversating.
You donβt just claim TL.
The community deems you worthy of TL.
Without community influence doesnβt exist.
