Same adult furry deer, in just an oat filled diaper, having stripped down to it and a pacifier, abandoning acting like a adult and just enjoying his smushy diaper. All my Patches smugly watches on.

Patches seems to think if you're insisting on being too much of an adult, that it's their job to take you down a notch (or twenty)!

Curiously, if Patches could just poof a diaper on you, tugging it down and manually pour oats in it seems a little~ excessive...
