I've seen some similar projects, but IMO this seems to better capture some of the fine-grained detail

Hello epithelial mechanics fans!! I’m Juanma @juanmagararc.bsky.social 👋 I work on cell mechanics (see celldynamicslab.com) and use Flipper-TR FLIM to probe membrane biophysics in cells.
Join me on this tour about Flipper: what it measures, strengths, advice, cool case studies, and cute drawings!

Great. I assumed so but I wanted to make sure. Because I couldn't see any difference in the results when I unhashed the thickness in the config file. Thanks.
At the end of the config.yml script there is a thickness part which is in hashtag. Should I also unhash them if I am going to use the thickness scan? Are those part of the script? This is unclear for me.
Just gave it a try and it's running way faster than before, happy face🤩

The entire country is in total darkness. Not only is the internet down, but phone calls and all other forms of communication are unavailable. People are imprisoned by the Islamic Republic and they are being killed for demanding the basic human rights.
I haven't heard from my family since last week😔
7 days of digital black-out in Iran. One week of darkness...
Approximately 20,000 innocent, empty-handed protesters got killed!
Over 12,000 people peacefully protesting against the current Iranian regime have been killed in just one week. These are among the darkest days of 2026. Shame on every country that recognizes the Iranian regime as a legitimate government that murders its own people. And those who stay silent.
100 hours have passed since the digital blackout in Iran!
I came from Iran yesterday, by taking one of the last flights. The situation in Iran is unimaginable.
There are unofficial reports that over 2000 protestors have been killed by the regime in the span of two nights, while the internet is cut off. The world must see this and must do something! #iran
This is not the first and won't be the last if we stay silent. People and protesters are being killed.
The world must be their voice.
I left Iran in Jan 9th. I was there to visit my family. Meanwhile protests and strikes began.
I left the country with one of the few last flights before the digital blackout in Iran.
I hugged my family and said goodbye in the airport and never heard from them since then. There is zero connection.
More than 2000 killed by the state last night. What is happening in Iran today is a crime against humanity.
The world must see it.
The world must name it.
The world must not stay silent.

I'm gonna taste 🍦 next week🤭, I would like to compare it with the one denoising that I'm using currently. I will let you know😬
Great to see this work is now published!🥳
I started using it back when it was on bioRxiv for mammalian cell membrane tomograms, I also see some differences from that version that made it even better. I find it simple to use and super useful for my PhD project.👩🏻💻
And of course it's open source😍
As a left handed who loves cooking, I can't garantie of not being jealous🤭🫣🥲

Haha I faced the same issue with "bad tilts!" And WarpTools. I'll check it.
That's great. I didn't have a chance to participate, please share more here😍
Wow it's so cool. Excited to read it😬🤩
Nice😍
❤️
I’ll be presenting my PhD project in structure & function of cells by cryo-ET session at #MC2025 in Karlsruhe tomorrow morning👩🏻💻. Come by if you're around😬 I’d be happy to discuss it after the session!🤩
