The very worst steak I ever ate over all the decades of my life was in Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant. The meat was so tough and sinewy it couldn't be chewed through, but our waiter was too rude to deal with. The whole experience was atrocious. Keller's snobbery can get fucked.
