closeup of a woman wearing corpse paint in the dark, left side of her face illuminated blue
a lil portraiture experiment turned into a 1970s dark glam fever dream

Rightwards perspective view of a blue auto garage with art deco details and a neon McCLINTON sign a bright green dumpster occupies the left lower quadrant of the frame

Back of a decaying old commercial building, a row of bollards, electrical boxes in alternating light and dark, and a dumpster that rendered completely black

highly recommend giving it a shot! i definitely wanna do it on a proper interchangeable lens system at some point so i can run a chrome-effect filter that produces aerochrome-like results
absolutely gorgeous colors
first test walk
unedited jpeg right off the camera
Extremely high contrast view of a loading bay with two trailers. The building intersects with itself at a 90โฐ angle, the face at the side of the frame appears black, and the face at the rear of the frame appears pure white and blends straight into the sky which is also pure white

that's been my experience with the two rolls i've shot on it so far-
it also pushes a lot better than CineStill 800T, to my eyes
yeah i'm fully pilled on their 800
Lomo 400 is whatever, i probably won't buy more when i finish the last roll of 120
will DEFINITELY be picking up more Lomo 800 though, after i finish testing the Candido 400 & 800 rolls that're on the way here
there's a lotta Wes Anderson type shit around
ultimately i wanna organize my work into a photo book about The Real Florida
what's weird is, it's just part of a little strip complex
i think it's just quirky leftover Florida shit from some eccentric business owner in the 70s
A low-rise strip business complex with a red shingle roof, a door at the left has a very narrow and tall triangular shape to the roof, and the window to the right has a more truncated trapezoid shape.

thanks! i love how rich the colors are across the whole roll- will definitely push Lomo 800 again
A white motorcycle parked by a white cinder block wall and an air conditioning unit. the area is lit, but all light fades to nighttime darkness at the back of the frame and the last orange light of dusk is visible above the outline of trees

only roll of 400D i've ever shot but i do like the colors
it's a tad grainy for 400iso but maybe it would perform better in a proper camera. think i have another roll in the freezer...
Ice filled barrel with bundles of asparagus in it, one bundle is on its side pointing to the bottom right of the frame
Pentax IQzoom 160 + CineStill 400D
surely a roll of AGFA Vista 200 that expired in 2002 will fix me
An empty darkened storefront with overhead outdoor lighting, at dusk
5D mk1 + EF 50mm f1.8 II + 1/8 black mist filter
Delray Beach, Florida
i absolutely would, i love sailing, especially as a team. it's a special kind of coordination
century of humiliation baybeeeee let's goooooooooo
i haven't but i really wanna get a few shots at the Bubble Room on Sanibel
๐โโ๏ธ thank youu
for context this is right next to Boston's at Atlantic Ave & A1A
stacks of regular chairs and highchairs against a white wall with a shuttered window, to the left of a darkened patio entrance with a blue awning
Minolta Autocord + Harman Phoenix II (120)

kill meeeeeeee
Downward view from a parking garage open air staircase featuring a door with a lit window one level down and a gate casting shadows at ground level

@doggirldotfaggot.bsky.social once said very wisely, "you aren't 'not seeing results' you just look like a girl who doesn't wash her face"
i can see why- used to be a really staunch 50mm girl but 35mm is getting more interesting as my compositional skills improve
i do suspect it's supposed to be a little sharper at 1.4 but i'm dialing in the focus with the USB dock
