Y'all, I am so fucking sad today. Even thinking about looking for a job is hard. The kids have been a double handful. A friend's very nice father passed.

Yeah, I thought about some spicy stuff but if the kiddos want a bite, the spice won't work for them.
I'm trying to make some small changes in my diet, one that I can turn into habits.
So oatmeal for breakfast is the thing again. Current fave configuration is to add avocado chunks, Swiss cheese, and some turkey. Maybe an egg if one's around.
