Awks for Tories & Reform who want to keep us hooked on fossil fuels: new @theCCCuk report shows transition to net zero will cost less than a single oil shock - £4bn a year - as well as delivering health & security benefits
Really looking forward to my events at Barton Grange and Lingham's Books tomorrow. Both events are already sold out, but if you'd like to hear me talk about VIANNE and the magic of chocolate, please check out my remaining tour dates here... www.joanne-harris.co.uk/events/
Me too! Or even be that hare!
Yes, have done so. X
Thank you. The colours in the glass are divine aren’t they?!
A stained glass panel constructed of two pieces of richly coloured glass. The lower part is golden and contains a black engraving type image of a hare diving into long meadow grass. It looks as if she has come from the door of the thatched cottage that is nestled in the crook of the hill in the upper piece of glass. The sky is luminous, bright evening colours. A couple of fruit trees flank the cottage and two crows fly in the sky.
Another March Hare. This is ‘The Hare Woman’s Cottage’. Available as a print and a reminder that the print shop will be taking a couple of months break from 19th March. Posting again with alt text.
An image of the book Wild Folk with quote by Manda Scott- “Singing to the marrow of our bones, this is how the old gods rise. It’s glorious. Read it and live’
Images of shells from the book Wild Folk. Quote from Robert MacFarlane - “A wondrous weaving of story and image, glass and ink, dream and song”
A poster with an image of the Black Fox from the book Wild Folk.
A black and white photograph of Tamsin Abbott, Jackie Morris and Davina Jelley (of Seven Fables). They are outside, warmly dressed but in summer and are laughing in conversation.

Heartfelt thanks to @steverutt.bsky.social & @britishwildlife.bsky.social for an incredible review. ‘Nobody else writes with this degree of sensitivity, the big picture interspersed with telling detail, the perfect descriptive phrase that is her knack & the unhurried, farm-pace of her narrative.’1/2

Really concerned to hear the Defence Secretary refuse to rule out UK's involvement in future strikes on Iran.
Iraq lessons must be learned.
Further escalation in the Middle East makes us all less safe.
Starmer must rule out UK involvement immediately.
We're recruiting for four new roles. 👇
