Oh definitely, but for a city of 70k, it has a surprisingly good bus and bike network. I lived there for over 10 years and was able to get most places by bike, and using the bus for longer trips worked pretty well most of the time! The commuter service helps a lot too

Right?? A lot of trips are possible by bike because of this! Use the local bus network to supplement and living car-lite seems considerably less impossible!
