I am frankly more concerned about the apathy of the American public and even more importantly the lack of leadership in the Democratic Party.

Have a lot of heavy thoughts about my lineage, heritage, my rights to it or lack thereof, the definite lack of opportunity to participate in the cultural revitalization, being left behind by relatives who knew but never taught me, and losing rights from the government derived from the colonists.
So few Americans realize that the political apathy conversation is directly related to the voter suppression conversation, which is directly related to the structural anti-Blackness question. So instead we just go, "Why don't THOSE dummies vote?!?".
