I took this photo up at Lake 22 in Mt Baker National Forest the other day… being out in nature and in the company of a friend was so incredibly therapeutic

I walked 6.5 miles around SF today too!

i wish i weren’t out of town or i would’ve been sucked in!

I am on a road trip staying in a hotel… used the treadmill for an hour and a half and did 10km… almost half of it was max incline at like 20 min mile pace… making up for sitting in a car all day

A lot of people couldn’t vote because they physically are incapable of making it to the polls due to chronic illness (aka long covid) and can’t wait in line or risk their own health to cast a vote. And there were a lot of people that couldn’t stomach effectively voting in support of genocide…
