Yeah, it's annoying. back in 2012 our publisher kept saying 'cartoony?' whenever I said 'stylized,' so I had to come up with something different and went with 'Hand-crafted Realism.'

SO GOOD. I love how you can immediately tell it's Godzilla, but at the same time it's completely your own. It's an amazing talent to pull that off.

I love this book. The cover design, layout and paper quality is perf. The script by @realgdt.bsky.social is great to read and really gives some insight to his process, but best of all (if you're a storyboard junky) is the @guydavisart.bsky.social storyboards.
