Today I went to the doctors office and NONE of the negative things my anxiety told me would happen happened. Instead it went as good as it could have gone. A positive outside experience was exactly what I needed and I can use this to propel my progression to coping with agoraphobia.

I've decided I'm going to try to play less OSRS to focus on my mental health. I play the game an unhealthy amount and I really need to try and get out of the situation I've gotten myself into.

Our hockey team blew it, we outplayed them all game and missed on so many chances. Congrats Americans on your first men's hockey win in 40 years or whatever.
Canada's Men's Hockey Team clutched it out! The Fins played hard and it was enjoyable to watch albeit stressful. I don't like cheering for the Americans but I hope they win so we can have an epic game in the finals.

The #osrs Birthday event was alright, kind of a generic fetch quest. It paid homage to the skills of the game and was fun seeing the different npcs I suppose. I bet the cancelled pride event was better though.
haha yeah if someone is actually making the rum it definitely speeds the process up. Once I figured that out I tried piggybacking when possible.
quite a few hours, I think I afk'd it while doing other things for about 3-4 weeks. It's very low effort though, slightly more than the castle wars clogs.

I've developed agoraphobia over the last couple years.. It's been pretty bad lately and I struggle to go to a park that is 5 houses away.. I did it 3 times today but I felt uncomfortable the entire time.
