I will concede the game could even be considered Slay the Spire 1.5 but to chastise the devs for not 'shooting for the moon' twice??
If they had released just the new classes and new maps, and new encounters, and new bosses with the base game people would say 'oh this is just StS2 basically!'
I just listened to a streamer complain about Slay the Spire 2 not being unique enough or trying something different enough for the sequel. It was maddening to listen to.
Even when helping I can usually find a way to mess things up. 🫡
