Plus, launching an app in a big market. With ads as monetisation strategy. I know. Nobody likes ads, but my co-creator has an edge and longtime insight in this. Makes sense to apply the knowledge.

Inspirational, Dan. On my way there. Launching a podcast is on the bucket list. Thinking Founders like show - I read a lot about entrepreneurs. Brag about them. My friends are tired of this. Time to put it out there, I guess. π
Love the mountain view!
PS Merry Christmas!

PS Pulled this beauty from my bookshelf randomly. My 3rd time reading this books in 20 years. Highly recommended.
PPS Found some great thoughts ahead of NY resolutions and such. π
This is my second time working with the Appstore Apps. So much nuance to the settings. And all of it before you even get a mile close to publishing the app. π¬
Challenge unlocked. Following the footsteps of @dimarubanov.com & @matthiasneumayer.com with their Oscar Stories app. π
Beautiful colors, Mubs π
Gold just arrived at your doorπ
Anyone baking sweet pastry as Christmas is getting closer? π
Looking good!π
Lol. Plus one person feeling similar here. I ask Claude for explanation whenever I can. And I compliment my creative learning process with Eli's computer lessons here: www.youtube.com/@elithecompu.... Brilliant content, imho.
I have had insider exposure to the industry. My biggest discovery is the stablecoins. They look promising. The rest is more on the gambling side - not for me.
I'm reading the Almanack. And read The Titan - Rockefeller's bio, can recommend it, if you haven't yet read it. π
Hey Pauline. Great thoughts in todays newsletter. I feel like I'm a couple years behind you - only getting close to "build what people want" stage. But love your approach. Will keep up the growth mindset and hopefully build a good product with strong MRR results. π
Appreciate it! π
How was the Crypto Confidential?

I do my homework before the InMail. Look for relevant public posts, podcasts or comments. It sounds like a lot of time. But it improves the quality of the conversation a lot.
I always ask for warm intros at the end. This increases the response rate.
Do you think, there are ways I could improve? π
I build a landing page. Then do cold outreach on LinkedIn. Interview the respondents. And stay open to a pivot if the interviews start pointing to it.
Doing this with textape.io at the moment. Using the approach above with influencer marketing agencies at the moment.

Loved @arvidkahl.bsky.social episode on opportunities in podcasting. Automated highlights generation in production and content repurposing in post production ofc caught my eye.
So here is me re-purposing the pod into a short summary for a newsletter or social post using Text Ape (textape.io). π
PS Here is the final set I went for. I did it by hand. Because I kind of like the process - quick paper sketch, quick Figma sketch, finalise it. And I don't really want to give this up.
Brainstorming icons with Claude for a small app experiment be like π
My go to is the piano playlist π open.spotify.com/playlist/37i...
A great beginner sequence is the sun salutation. And downward and upward facing dogs - great for your back.
I do it like three times a weeks, in my yoga classes. As a fellow snowboarder here, big yoga advocate. Builds up calisthenic strength, too! π
And well girlfriend nerve stretching, too. Sometimes. Not often. π
Been this way since high school. Started with math problems solutions enlightenments to the running water. All way to through the university. And still works.
Another one is washing the dishes. Has a magic touch, too. A friend of mine got his PhD with it. π
Interesting, TY for your response. π«Ά
You can try Text Ape YouTube video summaries for yourself via the link. It's pretty awesome. Saves a lot of time for marketing research and extracting transcript content.

Submitted Text Ape to the MicroLaunch directory. Cooked up a nice looking banner for the launch in a couple of clicks.
PS Love how @tallyforms.bsky.social feel, when filling them out. π
