She got out the bathroom window today. Luckily onto the slated roof of the room below it but she did not enjoy it. Queue 3 people frantically fetching and climbing ladders and hanging out of upstairs windows. Good to get the heart pumping early

We got a cat last week. I dropped another spot in the family hierarchy. Most days I’ve been woken by Mrs Dodge panicked because she can’t find the cat, who seems to enjoy finding hiding spaces (today it was a suitcase in a wardrobe) so I’m warming to it
