Tonight's #DelightOfTheDay is the sunset from my family room window. It was WAY more beautiful than the photo shows. Being home with the birds is the place I want to be right now.

I plant annuals specifically for the hummingbirds. I've found they like the flowers better than the feeder so I have a few around all summer.
I saw a toucan and a solitary eagle in Belize. So cool.
I should have brought them on vacation so I could have gotten an up close look at the flamingos! Missed opportunity.

Ugh - that's so unfair! Doing all the good things and still getting the bad thing.
I have been unpacking, getting birds settled at home and there is just still so much to do before returning to work tomorrow!
But then hubs went to the office and I watched a couple episodes of a show. Just a little treat for me.

Iguanas are usually up in the trees or chilling in the sun. This was a little crazy with two chasing one away and then the two remaining scrambling very close to people during/post coitus.
Also grab a jar of instant tea and a jar of sweetened instant lemonade and make Russian Tea. It's so good!
