I posted this 10 minutes before my mother texted me about Houston’s. Little did I know how well timed it was.
(This was posted in light of another meh dinner at Moondance last night, for the record)

I went with 48 large rolls and we survived.
Feeding my people brings me joy. It’s stressful and exciting and scary and wonderful all at once. 3 days in a row now, I’ve gotten to do it.
Thursday: yeast rolls for 18.
Friday: a 4lb meatloaf, mac & cheese, and roasted broccoli for 10.
Today, for the finale, strip roast & Brussels for 12.
