Although I have a feeling that
showing the paywall right away would be pretty overwhelming for a user, who hasn't used the app yet - discouraging them from using the app and in the end lowering the conversion rate.
I think there are some articles about such approach.

Expose commonly used functionality with static or dynamic 3D Touch Home Screen quick actions.
I think it's unnecessary since you can do the same thing by just tapping the screen.
It's not a bad idea though, it would be pretty useful as a Home Screen quick action - developer.apple.com/documentatio...
