Airliners abort landings as Army helicopter makes ‘scenic’ loop around Pentagon The Black Hawk was trying to land at the Pentagon’s heliport, bringing it close to a pair of airliners, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Two airliners abandoned landing attempts at Washington’s Reagan National Airport on Thursday afternoon when an Army Black Hawk took a “scenic route” near the flight path and circled the Pentagon before landing at a military heliport.

The Mystery of ICE’s Unidentifiable Arrests In early March, the agency announced that it had arrested forty-eight people in New Mexico—a month later, their identities and whereabouts remain unknown.

ICE officers are now reportedly required to meet arrest quotas each day, from a few hundred to between 1,200 and 1,500 nationwide. Jonathan Blitzer reports on the mystery of the agency’s unidentifiable arrests.

I was a British tourist trying to leave America. Then I was detained, shackled and sent to an immigration detention centre Graphic artist Rebecca Burke was on the trip of a lifetime. But as she tried to leave the US she was stopped, interrogated and branded an illegal alien by ICE. Now back home, she tells others thinking...

This is so upsetting and so hard to read... Why is this happening? How could these agents of the state be nice in 2024 and monsters in 2025? Is this all it takes, to give people permission to act like sociopaths?
