yes! that is when I was a junior in high school.
My daughter reported that the ICE presence outside her school during recess last week involved ICE officers sitting IN AN ICE CREAM TRUCK. And this wasn't kids misinterpreting. We had an email from the school the day it happened; we just didn't get the ice cream detail in the email.

The person using the AI tool is responsible for the AI tool's outputs. Whoever authorized the use of the tool here committed a war crime. It doesn't matter if they didn't actively choose the target. You are responsible.
Same in every other use of this technology. It doesn't remove responsibility.
