Abstract
Traditional vaccines target specific pathogens, limiting their scope against diverse respiratory threats.
We describe an intranasal liposomal formulation combining toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 and 7/8 ligands with a model antigen, ovalbumin, that provided broad, durable protection in mice for at least 3 months against infection with SARS-CoV-2 and Staphylococcus aureus.
In addition, the vaccine protected mice from other viruses (SARS-CoV-2, SARS, SCH014 coronavirus), bacteria (Acinetobacter baumanni), and allergens.
Protection was mediated by persistent ovalbumin-specific CD4+ and CD&+ memory T cells that imprinted alveolar macrophages (AMs), enhancing antigen presentation and antiviral immunity. Following infection, vaccinated mice mounted rapid pathogen-specific T cell and antibody responses and formed ectopic lymphoid structures in the lung.
These results reveal a class of "universal vaccines" against diverse respiratory threats.

Phrases like β€œI’ve been told,” β€œI hear,” or β€œpeople say” serve several purposes:
-Plausible deniability
-Signal amplification
-Dog whistling
-Test ballooning
-Deflecting

And it's just a whole lot easier than actually investigating the severity or sources of problems.

CDC issued a Global Polio Level 2 Travel Health Notice advising enhanced precautions

Tragic. We had polio almost eradicated, but disruption to vaccination campaigns due to COVID, global instability, defunding & vaccine hesitancy have led us here

There is mounting experimental evidence that lifetime exposure...

I hadn’t thought about the direct health impacts of higher atmospheric CO2 before. Maybe this will break through to leaders when the impacts are duct to each human, within our or our children’s lifetimes?
We need to urgently stop adding CO2 to the atmosphere!

WELL NOW, would you look at that? A massive, 24-YEAR-LONG study of MORE THAN 1.2 MILLION people in Denmark found NO LINK between aluminum in childhood vaccines and autism, asthma, OR chronic disorders.

Aluminum is an ADJUVANT.

It ENHANCES your immune response to a vaccine.

That’s it.

Ukraine is the biggest and most consequential of all the American betrayals | Simon Tisdall As the war enters its fifth year, it’s time for Europe to take the fight to Putin on its own terms and tell Trump to get lost, says Guardian foreign affairs commentator Simon Tisdall

The open-minded, freedom-loving rainbow Europe of democracy and the rule of law is a living rebuke to these lumbering Frankenstein’s retro-monsters and their hard-right emulators.

They revile and fear it.

Like Ukraine, it stands in their way.

In Alberta we literally burn money because of our inept Premier and her government.

Later today, Premier Smith with all the racism and xenophobia she can muster, will blame immigrants and newcomers for Alberta's fiscal challenges.

And the RCMP seems to be so behind on their investigations? Hmm.

In 2024, Danielle Smith wrote a letter to Justin Trudeau to complain that they didn't get *more* immigrants than their planned allotment. (She also wanted more Ukrainians specifically, and we all know why).
