Quite a way to end a Monday
Putting together a presentation, and this is a good reminder you don't have to check *every* wood duck box. Like skip the one with the 8 ft gator next to it.
Summer ends when lecture prep begins. My second new prep at Davis, but inheriting some good structure. I shall teach the youths about Biology and Conservation of Wild Birds.

Trying to budget for a simple field tech at Davis. $19.68/hr x 8 hrs x 4 wks x 4 months + 51% benefits + 61% overhead is like $31k for the summer.
