Maybe we should try to find out why so many people support Frump. Take out the white supremacists, the sovereign citizens and all the other fringe groups. What makes seniors, farmers, rural folks, etc all support MAGA? Did we miss the boat on satisfying their needs?

I always thought the mantra of the Republican party was "reduce the debt ". Frump is playing everyone for fools if they believe he intends to that thru tariffs. He is the bankruptcy king. He walks away from debt. What would happen to the world economy if he walks away from this one.

So all the things that Frump promised to get elected, new health care plan, lowering inflation, cost of food reduced, booming economy, etc, is not working and he will deflect us by starting a war. Do I have that right? The world now has 3 major dictators, Putin, Xi and Frump.

Among all the things that are wrong it is a shame that the 250th anniversary of our country has to have a president who is not the person that our founding fathers would have wanted. The damage to this country and the relationships we have lost or injured will take many many years to repair.

I'm not a political pundit, just an observer of the mess we are in. My belief, is that the democrats focus too much time on Frump, although he has earned all the criticism. With the shutdown they are focusing energy on health care and that is a cause that can unite support behind them.

Where is my country headed? We don't discuss, we accuse. Listening is becoming a lost art. We used to be able to voice our opinion, now it can put you in jail or being accused as a terrorist. Saying you disagree with the president was our right, now you could find yourself being threatened.

In 1937 Germany, to disagree with the leader usually meant a death sentence. So, I guess just being fired is an improvement.
