An implementation of AlphaZero and MCTS with neural networks for Tetris - Max-We/alphazero-tetris
Open-sourced my implementation of AlphaZero and various other MCTS policies to play Tetris. In contrast to other Tetris-agents, this implementation does *not* rely on observation- or action-space simplification. It trains an agent with the same information a human has.

Tetris Rollout Viewer
π₯³ 50k score achieved, TetrisZero is working! Here's the viewer-site with a replay (actually, the replay became so long that the site is lagging a bit, lol). Full details on the algorithm will follow, once I evaluate it against AlphaZero...

Have you ever wondered if the Deutsche Bahn train you booked is typically on time?
Unfortunately, Deutsche Bahn offers no API for historical train delays.
That's why I built an app to collect and analyse it!
Check it out:

π Launching BrainForge - and IDE for your brain!
(okay - that sounds exaggerated, it's pretty much just an @obsidian.md clone I built in ~7 days)
Everything is local, no database; File > App!

You would think such a basic thing like a decent WYSIWYG markdown editor exists en masse.
You're wrong.
The one shown in this editor is the only decent solution I could find (TipTap)
But even TipTap has got tons of bugs.
It's crazy. Makes me want to stop working on my project.

Would anyone else be interested in an Anki Handheld?
Basically, a dumb device you can use to review flashcards.
Sync via Ankiweb, no editing, just 4 buttons for reviews.

I'm planning to write a blog post on it (this week). The version showcased in this video is not yet fully done (some radicals are missing). In the blog post, I will detail how to create such a vault yourself and even integrate your own vocab flashcards into it (from Anki).

π―π΅ I created an @obsidian.md vault, that links together all Kanji & their Radicals.
It's great for exploring relations!
(used my obsidian-note linker and anki-patcher for this)

My local supermarket introduced Cashierless Checkout a while ago.
It's great, and yet I almost never see people using it. Instead, the line at the regular checkout is as long as ever.
Why is are people not using it? Are people really that lazy? Or just scared of innovation?
