I know nothing about professional printing. If someone has both a color and a B&W-only printer (do they still make such a thing on the pro level?) would be able to do this in two passes - once through the color printer with only the image, then again through the B&W printer with only the dot codes?
Here is a little demo and some explanation/pondering on what happened with Pixel Pup on the e-reader.

Order some Clay and try making something!
The nice thing is, with Voyager's big red reset button, he didn't have to live with it at all! ๐คฃ
I used to lie on my back and just let it sit on my face. Take that as you wish.
Oh shit, I think I finished making my pilot!
"Let" you in? what happened to investigative reporting?
As many people need replacement VB stands, it'd be neat if Nintendo would manufacture extras and sell them separately.
Our journey into platform adventures before Metroid continues. Can I get my fellow Americans to care about UK computer game history? (If you stick with it, youโll be rewarded with some Japanese computer games soon.)

I wrote a (long) blog post detailing how this pixel drawing works on the GBA

Actually it should just be removed from TCRF straight up, it's not an unused card effect.
Thank you very much. The post has been deleted. I really appreciate your research. This information should probably also be added to TCRF for future reference.
It's not a very known fact but Super Mario Advance 4 does have a menu that you can freely access with Select where you can save your playthrough of a level, whether in the SMB3 levels or World-e.
Okay, so here's the challenge - beat a level as Mario, but in such a way that Luigi wins in the replay.
Enabled simply by replaying a replay of a level with Luigi. Simply through normal means, no hacks. It was never intended to be used as a card effect, it just happens to share the same space as the rest of actual card effects.
Very interesting! So, how do you think the effect would have been activated, if you have any guesses at all? I would like to be as informative as possible in my follow-up.
I've just checked by recording a replay through the game (after playing a level in World-e as Luigi, press Select to save a replay and play them), and the same "effect" gets set.
So it's unrelated to Cards, just happens to share the same variable as the rest of the card effects to be enabled or not.
Oh, this is new information to me; I was under the impression that it was nearly certain. Please let me know if you find anything that suggests it was not intended to be a card effect, and I will amend the post with that information! Thank you very much for looking into this!
Turns out I didn't have to, I just used the in-game replay system, and I was right. That "effect" gets set anytime you replay a demo with Luigi.
I need to make my own Luigi Demo Card to make sure
A bunch of people understood that effect as a card effect because it's on the same variable as the rest of the Switch Card effects but I dunno if that's the right way to take that information.
I just fast forward to the last 15 minutes or so of the movie. Everything ends happily and I don't have to stress myself out over drama and conflict. (please don't mute me, I tease)
@objetdiscret.itch.io , who made the awesome Taiyaki Fabulous puzzles for the (now canceled) ereader version of Pixel Pup, is also on board for the GBA version. I'm excited to be working with them on this, object discret adds lots of great talent to the game.
One of my engine cards wouldn't scan. :(
