- found my scissors in the fridge (I live alone)
- gotten into the bath with one sock still on
- just thrown my phone in the bin (empty crisp packet still in hand)

What a mental year is been. It’s certainly taken its toll. This is my last year of my 40s. It’s been unbelievably enlightning. It’s aged me. I still think I’m doing okay for 49? 🤞💪

Two pics taken a year apart. 2024 has been an unbelievably stressful year for me. I think you can tell I’ve aged. I went from 48 to 49, so 1 years difference but looks more like 5 years.
I’m still full of optimism though with a smile on my face 💪💪
