This is an excellent public service initiativeπŸ‘. The Urban Archaeological Survey reports are known to be a really valuable resource by archaeologists, historians, geographers & planners. This now makes them much more readily accessible to citizens. 1/2

Looking forward to hearing more about the planned engaging programme of events & initiatives to commemorate Ireland’s Norman heritage. There's plenty of scope to engage with different aspects of Norman heritage in the south-east & potential to explore the wider European context & connections

Wow, the Ardshanbally brooch-pin has really captured the public imagination. It really is a stunning object and a very positive story of close collaboration between the public and private sectors to identify and preserve our archaeological heritage.

Delighted to have made a contribution to these guidelines. For any one interested in learning about the fundamentals of using Airborne Laser Scanning (Lidar) for archaeological prospection and practical advice on commissioning surveys or reusing existing datasets it is the place to start.
