Helping you out:
"Ik heb spanning over de test." -> Ik vind de test spannend, of: ik ben zenuwachtig voor de test.

Obligatory meme....
Goldfish-memory-syndrome?
Isn't the US flag mirrored? Or does he wear it inside out on this, clearly, AI generated bullshit?
The escalation is my biggest pet peeve with this show. There was this meme w while back.
"SPN Season 1: We're going to kill a ghost - SPN Season 15: We're going to kill God". And it describes it perfectly. That being said, some of the best episodes are after season 5. The groundhog day episode...
My wife and I are currently rewatching Supernatural. Seasons 1 - 5 are great. As I understand it, these were also the original intended story.
We're currently in season 8, but actually stopped watching for 6 months due to the unbearable cheesy drama in the first half of that season.
Didn't he initially thought it was a good idea? Wonder if he learned about the physics of it all, or if he now just doesn't like the idea because Elon does.
God, it takes me out of the performance so much when you have a character stop mid-sentence, then 1 - 1.5 seconds of silence, and then another character speaks as if interrupting. It happens way too often in games.
It looks both very impressive and terribly bad π
My 13 year old nephew likes Roblox. Because it's free, diverse and works on his iPad. However, he can't wait until he has a gaming PC to start playing "proper games".
Roblox is a very low bar to entry and varied. That's its strenght IMO.
The question is, when these AI services start charging what they actually cost, will the increase still be covered by the 4% increase in production? Right now my employer is happy to pay the ~$25/month/dev. If that becomes $250 I'm pretty sure they'll cancel the service.
I'm curious, as you've lived in the Netherlands for a while, did you mean a variation on "lol", or did you mean the dutch insult?
Wonder if it has to do with the amount of work required to get praise. As a creative, it takes a lot to hone your craft and be praised. So when that looks like too much work, they'll just say they hate brown people or "the gays", and BAM instant praise from some groups. Then they're hooked.
I had a moroccan colleague once, who was an atheist, but he still participated in Ramadan, because he felt it was part of his culture, even though he wasn't Muslim.
Possible reason for the problem: this page isn't owned by a team. It something an intern builds on every now and then. YOLO deployments.
I'm really looking forward to the copyright challenges in the future, where the prompt may be copyrightable as it's writing, but the output of the AI may not be. AFAIK this is still unclear and it may even lean towards "AI output isn't copyrighted".
Why is #Confluence cloud setup like a social network? I don't care some colleague just read my page for the first time. No, I'm not interested in recommended pages, because I read a page about an internal process. It's so stupid.
Using generative AI to bring this meme to live is just... *cheff's kiss*
I can't even be mad at his abuse of resources.
Good tip. I will try that next time.
What I would love for AI systems to do, is ask me questions about the task I gave them. The result isa hugely dependent on the context the AI has. It should ask for all relevant context. Some do this a little bit, but not enough in my opinion. It should act as a partner, not as a servant.
They way I see it: while the AI is doing work for 10 minutes, I have 10 minutes to make a nice cup of coffee, and feel like I still spent those minutes being productive (aside from getting the coffee)
This is actually a funny example of exactly what Angela is talking about. In Dutch you can do this tapping to the side of your head to tell someone they're insane. In a negative way.
Tamer Nahed ππ΅πΈ @Tamer_Alnoaizy BlueSky is one of the worst platforms I have ever dealt with. Within seconds of creating a second account, after my first one was shut down just two days after it was created, my account was closed again. This happened despite the fact that I hadnβt posted anything or followed anyone. I was only in the process of adding a profile photo, yet I received an email claiming that my account was βspamβ and that it was βcausing harm.β What kind of logic is this? The painful truth is that the account was shut down the moment it became clear it was created from inside Gaza. It seems we are no longer allowed to write or speak about what is happening to us here. They are not afraid of content itself, but of our voices and the reality we carry with us. Millions are spent to silence these voices and to erase the truth. I am exhausted by this platform and by how our photos and videos, which document real suffering, are treated as βviolations of community standards,β as if pain itself has become a crime. What is happening is not simple moderation or policy enforcement. It is an attempt to erase our existence and bury the truth. And honestly, this is shameful and unbearably painful. [the original poster has included two screenshots showing the email from bluesky admin informing him that his account has been taken down for being 'spammy, inauthentic or disruptive to users'. it's the standard boilerplate you get when they take moderation action.] 2:45 PM Β· Feb 10, 2026 https://twitter.com/Tamer_Alnoaizy/status/2021234178461704409
palestinian journalist posting on twitter that his bluesky account was immediately taken down purely because he was in gaza. all palestinian accounts are assumed to be spam.
Just the concept art, and placeholder stuff then?
Yet I still can't get Clause Opus 4.6 to correctly convert Java source code into dotnet source code without it making up whole new classes, changing class fields and using non-existing keywords.
I need to replace an existing Java WS with a dotnet version. I didn't build the original, so I asked #CoPilot (#Claude) to give me an overview of the APIs in the WS. It produced a correct looking list. But on further inspection it made up APIs and forgot others. But yeah, #AI going to replace devs.
#SpiritBox performing Soft Spine at the #Grammys, priceless.
