Yesterday the NHS banned all under 18 prescriptions of HRT for trans young people.
This ban was justified by 10 new studies that largely stated NO EVIDENCE for under 18s HRT exists.
The study underpinning this played one particular trick.

It is difficult to know what counts as bullying. As I was a kid it was pretty much just regarded as ongoing physical assault.
Being othered, excluded, verbally assaulted, undermined, etc, were just something to deal with.

The EHRC is set to introduce guidance that would enable prejudice business owners and charities to limit trans people access to gendered space soon. This would make it more difficult for already vulnerable people to safely access work, education, charity support and public life in general. To show that we exist and the bright joyful contribution we make to society and what it will be missing without us if we keep being exclude by legislation based on misinformation and hatred.

It has some possible plus points, which the TERFs will be really unhappy about (ie, there is no requirement for a service to exclude trans people), but there are issues for workplaces which might be worse.
