1979 was a scary time with the American hostages. I was working at a department store as a teen and remember a big protest with fog horns and anti-American chants. This was in downtown Sacramento.
I feel as if we’re reliving when Iraq was attacked. Also I was a teen in 1979. I remember the gas lines. Only being able to buy gas based on your license plate number. Bus strikes. Double digit inflation.

I was taught to be tolerant of other faiths and beliefs. My own BIL was Muslim. I’ve been to numerous churches. I have agnostic, atheist friends. I believe in separation of state and religion.
I don’t believe in a Rapture. It sickens me how some who actually support this administration ‘think’ we can bomb a second coming. Or that God chooses vile, evil men. These so/called Christians need to open those dusty Bibles and start in the book of Matthew to read Christ’s true message
We’ve got to keep the Epstein victims and survivors centered while we pursue transparency and accountability.
Their stories must be told.
