How do y'all "build community"?

I feel like I've given up on anything bigger than a small group of 4–6 people. I stopped trying to connect or cultivate anything bigger than that.

Speed Doesn't Always Win – Tanner Hodges I've been part of two projects where speed didn't win the day. Both were A/B tests. Both reduced LCP by ~50%. Both failed to drive conversions.
