Yay!
Unbelievably smooth looking beige and peach bird with black eye mask and jaunty head crest is perched on a bare twig look intensely at something. The weekend?
Looking forward to the weekend like
#birds πΏ
They sure do. An amazing site, always
Thanks!
It does! Theyβre on the move π
π thanks
Yay!
Thatβs them! Looking forward to seeing them again. Please let them know I said βHi!"
I also have mixed feelings about the situation π

Canβt wait to welcome them back here!

Fantastic. Youβll remember that forever
Iβll bet!
Of course. Politeness is key (at the beginning)

Well, I'm on my way home from birding on the Platte River in Gibbon, Nebraska and I can say with absolute certainty that the white Pelicans have not yet arrived there. Only about 115,000 Sandhill Cranes, 50-60 thousand snow geese, 1000 or so pintails, 1 whooper (allegedly) and 0 pelicans.
WOWOWOW!! What a view!
Give them my best wishes. I hope they know theyβre enjoyed by people far and wide
Preparation is so important
Very cool!
In my experience, thatβs an affirmative
Very cool! They do make an impression, donβt they?

Definitely. He was an engineer π
Yep
Thanks. Me, too! Time spent with these monsters is time well spent
Perhaps some vicarious enjoyment?
So glad to hear they are returning
