Daniel was also the principle 2nd violinist for the SF Symphony for 33 years, had a number of students that continue to perform today and played on LPs by Ambrosia, McCoy Tyner, Ron Carter, Metallica, and far too many others to list. But most of all, he was a lovely human being.
