Why is #PokemonPokopia a game key card??? Itβs a first party Nintendo product. It should be a full game card. Especially for the price.

Update: Weβve secured the last copy from store #6!!
Oh it got SO much worse. Imagine getting a seasonal event, but the only new things despite a reskinned gun with some new perks are all paid for cosmetics
If theyβre serious about clawing back market share and saving one of their only consumer facing brands. Then Asha needs to make Satya and Amy understand that Microsoft is going to have to use their war chest to eat costs. Because people have become more price conscious now than ever before.
You must be a fellow Destiny player whose been through this before! We all thought the same thing, and boy were we not prepared for how egregious it was going to become.
The hunt for a copy of Pokemon Pokopia has transported me back in time to the launch of the first Switch. Between my wife and I we have checked 5 stores now, and theyβre all sold out. Hopefully store number six will be the lucky one, they said they still had copies! Wish me luck!
If all of my years of playing Destiny has taught me anything about a Bungie launch. No one will be able to play until tomorrow as well.
Then while Xbox and PS are trying to figure things out. Both Nintendo and Steam will continue to compete by just existing.
I agree, itβs only going to be a matter of time before Sony puts all games on PC again. It will probably come with the announcement of a PS PC App. Xbox will probably look towards timed and partial exclusivity. I could see games like FH6 being released everywhere, but then hold back stuff like ES6.
If #Windows12 is indeed subscription based like what they did to Office, and forces the use of AI. I will leave windows for SteamOS and never look back. Weβre not fucking stupid! We see that youβre trying to arbitrarily inflate the number of βMAUβsβ because the majority has no interest in AI.
Looks like cheaters have already appeared in #Marathon. I wonder how long it will take before Marathon players run into the god mode cheats that have appeared inside Destiny. Where itβs not just aimbot, but things like flight, teleportation, and gigantification.

If Duskbloods doesnβt hit the way that FromSoft hopes, I would fully expect them to do a Bloodborne Remake. Duskbloods being exclusive to the Switch 2 imo was a mistake. May have made sense when consoles were cheaper, but not now, and not when Switch 2 might already be looking at a price increase.
When they did this it was highly theorized that the reason was because a remake was in production, and Sony didnβt want community made things to compete with it.
There was a patch that was made by the community that got the game to 60fps. Although because Sony owns the IP, they donβt allow for the freedom that FromSoft does. So they did a massive cease and desist that killed it and several other community made Bloodborne projects/mods.
I agree with this π―! The difficulty option before each match lets you set the tone. If the squad just wants to chill, you go lower difficulty, chat, and laugh at whatever overpowering insanity you throw at the mobs. If you all decide you want to lock in, then you go high difficulty.
You know that Cranky is the one at the Kong family gatherings saying wild shit that makes Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong go βWTF!?β
I am so jealous, I canβt wait for Crimson Desert to release!
I think that βLive Serviceβ has become to AAA Publishers, what AI is to big tech. Something theyβre willing to chase in hopes of that one massive payoff, and they donβt care who or what they have to sacrifice to get there. Even if it wasnβt Hulst, weβd still have got here because of corporate greed.
Live Service has become the βAI Chaseβ of the video game industry. Both big tech and big publishers are chasing things no one is asking for, and burning through tons of capital and talent in pursuit of a win that may never come.
Incredibly stupid move by Sony. Theyβve got so many dormant IPβs Bluepoint could revive. The fixation on Live Service by publishers is a cancer on the games industry. Like many have said, a Bloodborne Remake would be an instant success! Sorry to all the devs out there run by shortsighted leadership.
Sucks, and it might get worse! Just watched a video where the Destiny creator βLuckyyβ, may have just stumbled on to Bungie manipulating their socials to give the illusion that Marathons more popular than it is.
The bigger concern about the pushback of possibly both PS6 and the next Xbox would be if dev kits for each have already been issued. Because then youβve got studios building games for tech that wonβt come out on time. Which would suck for those devs, especially if itβs a console exclusive title.
Doing so would help to build a positive reputation and body of work for the studio. It also means less negative PR. Because you didnβt have to lay off entire studios because the live service bet once again didnβt succeed. As much as I wish this would come to pass, I highly doubt it will happen. π
Thatβs the level of what youβre up against in the Live Service arena, especially if itβs a hero shooter mp game. I get that one success can make up for all the failures, but wouldnβt making a bunch of smaller scale, self contained, quicker/cheaper developed successes be smarter in the long run?
So after the very public and high profile failures of Highguard and Concord. Will publishers/studios now listen to gamers when we say that weβre tired of the Live Service push?? Iβm sorry, but it took someone how many years to finally dethrone COD, and thatβs partially due to CODs own hubris.
I bought a PS3 at the beginning of 2025. I wonβt ever throw it away because of all the PS3 games that run far better on it, than through the cloud streaming. It also doesnβt require me to pay the highest PS+ tier in order to have that PS3 streaming option.
They said βremakeβ, so I would assume itβs going to be more than just a touch up like weβd see in remasters.
Hopefully in telling you about him, Iβve given him a little piece of something heβd hoped for. Thank you for all that you have done, and for all you continue to do. May the Force be with you, always.
During the holidays he would anonymously pay for a families entire meal at restaurants, and continued to help in toy drives every year. He wasnβt perfect by any means, but to me he was the embodiment of a Jedi. He always had hoped to meet you one day, but never got the chance.
When he retired from the fire department, he became a volunteer firefighter. He carried a medic and road kit in his car at all times. Would stop for anyone on the side on the road in need of help. Spent several winter days helping cars get unstuck and out of ditches.
