We assume it was incompetence when it was most likely insolence. This is indeed their position as they increasingly ignore habeas petitions.
If you understand it's actually a throne room, it makes more sense.
It's also a ravenous beast. When it runs low on immigrants it will hunger for more and more victims.
Hey @marcelias.bsky.social folks online are saying USPS v. Konan means the Post Office could intentionally withhold mail ballots and there's be no legal remedy. What say you?
The same NY power base that derided Trump for decades fought Zohran with everything they had and lost. Explains a lot why Trump likes him.

Some folks (like Susskind) believe *contact* with aliens outside our solar system is highly unlikely because of the sheer scale of interstellar distance. So if you account for intelligent life vs. microbiomes and the ability to communicate/travel at scale, the chance becomes much smaller.
Until they change their terms of service again to ensure limits on sharing, it's just one partnership they're changing.
From my experience across BigTech:
•One page is better (humans will see it in most places)
•Highlight unique, individual achievements (in and outside law)
•Adapt it for the position using keywords.

The key to this or any reform package — make it enforceable by states or private AG actions… otherwise it’s just a piece of paper.
10 points if we was driving … “in bank”
There's also the problem of enforceability. Absent a private right of action, private ag, waiver of qualified immunity or delegation of enforcement to states, any requirements are meaningless and aren't self-enforcing in this administration.
Even if included what's the enforcement mechanism?

Guess: this is a strategic chess move in case trump requires WB to sell CNN to close a deal with Netflix to set the groundwork for other offers beyond obvious.
This scared me — at first thought SCOTUS was overturning all three at once. The fact I’d even consider this is a sign of the times.
In fairness, some legislation is easier to ignore than others. The Epstein Transparency Act, for example, doesn’t have a clear remedy. However, rescission of funding, allowing private or state laws causes of action (i.e. waiving qualified immunity), etc. are more easily enforced by courts.
Well $3000/four screensworth is $750/screen. What a deal for a phone that will stop working if you look at it sideways!
Well since there’s four screens-worth, think of it as $3000/4, or about $750/screen for a phone that if you look at it wrong will break. What a deal!

Pardons are for federal laws. They don’t cover state laws *or* constitutional violations.
They will start turning off cell networks next.
