Have added tinnitus to my list of Parkinson’s symptoms which sounds like a baby goat screaming inside my ears - especially at night. Slightly less than enjoyable, though not as bad as a screeching monkey would be, I think. Hard to say really.
So what I’m hearing is you need me to move to Italy and eat delicious Mediterranean food for a “study”? Okkk… I’ll go. 😉

Just passed by the cemetery where one of my besties is buried. She was 38 and didn’t beat breast cancer. When people ask me why I have a good outlook despite having Parkinson’s, I always think of her and how’d she’d literally give anything to still be here with her girls. I appreciate every damn day
