Fairshake's anti-Stratton ads directly echo Krishnamoorthi's own attack ads with claims that she took money from MAGA donors and ICE contractors. It seems to me they're backing Kelly as a spoiler candidate.

Two photos. The first shows a man in a brown suede jacket, brown-white gingham shirt, and olive fatigues. A cream sweater is tied around his waist.

The other photo shows him in a blue denim Western shirt with blue jeans made with camp pockets.

I understand why chatbot cheating happens but every time I read about it I want to gently remind everyone that the point of schoolwork is not for the submission to exist. Teachers are not just greedy for more essays or solved equations. The point is to do the work WITH YOUR OWN BRAIN, FOR LEARNING.

Asked their sales team the other day if there was a way to 100% enforce specific tests. Pointed me to making skills and rules. Went to troubleshooting in their own docs — Skill not triggering? Check the description includes keywords users would actually say. It’s all just prompts in a code casino.

This is so fun :). Now you can build the sshash-rs index from within python as well (and even from a list of Python strings! Like always, it's required that there are no duplicate k-mers; the input must be an SPSS). Query individual k-mers, get their hit info, even create a streaming query engine!

sshash Python bindings for the sshash compressed k-mer dictionary

Another Claude Code win. Did you ever want to be able to use SSHash from Python? To have access to the tiny space and query power of that index from directly within your high-level scripts? Now, with you can (for sshash-rs, at least)! Hope to do the same for piscem-rs soon

Ya man, you’re right— tragedy of the WiFi commons isn’t a thing if you don’t have to share it. Midwest cable is like 600 megs down 150 ish up, the pucks can sling that easy. Cover the whole house too 👍 ez choice. New protocols’ mostly for folks who run into the pitfalls of the older protocols.

Clarification— I’m in a busy WiFi place (many neighbors) and have capable devices. Basically if you’ve got neighbors and or lots of devices having them in their own bigger faster spectrum pool makes sense. If you don’t it wolnt & doesn’t make much difference.

Run these for years and they really do work great — the WiFi-AC cylinder ones. I’ve since moved to UniFi ecosystem and it’s night and day better… Surprised they’re still being sold really as they’re about 2 generations of WiFi old now. Once you go to the 6Ghz band there’s no going back it’s so good.

Bro I love your bioinformatics content but the above takes about as much time to run the pipeline in as it does to tell OpenClaw to do it… you can still go to lunch. As a bonus if you type the command yourself you know it was done correctly… the above bar is so low !

Great read on the challenges & capabilities of these new tools. You have a very unique perspective on these tools because you can see where the tools make a mistake. I also worry about apathy and inexperience. As you pointed out it takes care & knowledge to correct output of the tools work.
