I despise the overacting too, but a foul is a foul.

Definitely should have been a penalty. #VAR kept showing the ref the wrong angle. Young's shirt was clearly pulled (you can't accidentally pull a shirt), before the second pull. Young may even have made a meal of it, but still a foul. Bad decision, ref and VAR blew it!
