And *you* never bring up the fact that I filed the restraining order first, or that the sole basis of the retaliatory TRO was that I had filed one, or that it was immediately dismissed while mine was granted
I have never once changed my story on this. The reason I never got back to you was because I felt uncomfortable with the full denunciation of the other guy you wanted when truthfully I don’t know either of you and it was wrong of me to opine in the first place

It’s fine that you didn’t know, but you do know now. I don’t think anyone who gets a DVRO needs to bring up the fact that the person stalking them tried to retaliate with an RO every time.

It is extremely common in domestic violence cases for the party that a DVRO was filed against to file a retaliatory one. Mine was granted, hers was summarily dismissed because its *sole basis* was that I filed a restrained order. You know this already and are still doing this

the correct way to understand the protest opsec stuff is that its a shibboleth for guys who attend left wing protests regularly that lets them exert status over recruits. i would regard it as pretty benign if these people werent actively discouraging people from getting involved.
