@opentargets.org just integrated a new differential expression dataset from @expressionatlas.bsky.social includes ~10,000 new evidence for 400 targets and 7 new diseases, adding ~6,000 unique target–disease associations. A huge boost for exploring disease biology & target discovery!

Exciting news! The latest @expressionatlas.bsky.social bulk release is out, featuring 4562 datasets across 67 species. Explore 12 new plant datasets from sorghum, rice, Arabidopsis and maize, 🌾 🌽 contributed by our Gramene Database collaborators. Don't miss out! 🧬
