If game developers stopped taking to Twitter every time they got laid off, it would stop. We don't care. We don't care about the people who make our clothes, our cell phones, our food, our cars. I don't know when it became normal for game devs to think they matter to the public so much. And yet time after time they prove they are incapable of just heading to Indeed silently like the rest of us. Your industry sucks just as bad as the rest of them. Suck it up. They keep shoving them in our faces at these game shows and then we're supposed to pretend we give a damn. It would be cooler if they didn't lose their jobs so much. But if they do, I don't understand why we the public are supposed to care more than any other industry out there.
