Whether Garver or Cal Raleigh was catching in 2025, the M's staff experienced similar outcomes in areas a pitcher/catcher tandem can influence: walks, strikeouts, quality of contact.
I love it! Comfortable continuity for the pitching staff, understands his role behind Raleigh, familiar face/strong presence in the clubhouse. Given the unknowns slated in the backup role, and your stats above, it’s a W.

In danger of being a broken record a bit but really, truly, take comfort and strength in knowing this *is* most of us. It’s true it should be all of us and it sucks it’s not. But most everyone hates this stuff.
The people who are telling you they are withdrawing ICE from Minnesota are the same people who told you a year ago they would release the Epstein Files in full.
They are not to be trusted. They are allergic to truth and incapable of decency.
Stay vigilant.

ICE “left” Chicago in November, but they’ve disappeared three people from my community in two days this week.
Don’t believe the hype about them, leaving Minnesota, either.
Someone was abducted at 10 AM by ICE on Central Ave. Their coworker says they’ve lived here for over 20 years, are documented, and have 3 kids who were born here.
Don’t be fooled by headlines when they’ve been lying to us the whole time. We still need you out patrolling until every agent is gone.
This is hypothetically good news, but I’ll believe it when I see it.
Considering the previous "draw down" was purely symbolic, I'm skeptical about what this will functionally mean. That said, for the sake of the people of Minnesota, I pray it's true and that this campaign of terror will soon be over.
