They are not rated for smokeless but my installer said if he put in the heavier liner he couldn’t see why not

Mine gives out near instant heat with wood especially birch but I was paying 200 squids a month for wood so the minute the stove was out of warranty I switched to smokeless

Half a scuttle of smokeless does the trick but you have to have a heavy duty chimney liner because the sold fuel is acidic and eats through the thinner ones. I couldn’t keep it in with wood

When I was in Egypt I bought a vintage hand carved alabaster canopic jar, when packing to come home I dropped it.
Despite it being in bubble wrap I smashed the ears to powder, I decided to repair it. I used Fimo, watercolour and ceramic varnish. I’m pleased with the result
