They should have named him Shock the Monkey.
When I see people complain about big expensive arena shows, I remind them that their local community exists! Madison Wisco was one of the best music scenes ive ever lived in regarding variety and affordability. Even in SW Virginia tho I get my cheap local bands. support local, buy the T-shirt!
It’s hard being an independent woman nearing 40 who wants to go out dancing with friends everyone once in a while! No one attends the raves with me here in SW Virginia, but I invite them every time. (The raves are seldom but have been very fun )

I go to experimental avant noise shows often. Then my friends wonder why I’m not drooling over Eggy or Puppies in a Heap. I crave heavy and weird music!
Yesterday I was inconsolably dehydrated. Today I have a common cold and my period. Duh, body. Called of work today to enjoy tea, electrolytes, and my cat.
I know that physically shit is tough, but try to do something active that makes you more tired at night so you hopefully sleep soundly. Computers and puzzles are fun but don’t exhaust me physically. I struggle with sleep but no terrors. people have told me to exercise more.
My boyfriend’s version of a late night bowl of cereal is pretzel balls doused in stone ground mustard. “The mustard is strong, but the crunch is good.”

I just saw on blue sky “my post grocery shopping panic attack” and truly want to know what is up with people when they’re shopping for groceries? Can I help calm y’all down? I’m just a clerk concerned with the one-sided negativity I see at work every day, and apparently other experiences too.
I’ve worked at a grocery store for three years now (albeit it’s a natural food coop). I notice how difficult grocery shopping for people is, not just financially but they’re flummoxed, stressed and confused. Why is grocery shopping so hard for people?
