In Chester County, inmates are getting workforce training and jobs to match post-release The Exit, Enter, Employ program, started in January 2023, has connected more than 100 inmates with jobs. And with only a 2% recidivism rate, county officials say its been a success.

We started this program during COVID. Approximately 100 imprisoned individuals have gone through; only a few came back. It's literally putting people to work, decreasing the prison population, and saving taxpayers a lot of money.
